Refund policy

At Zariah Jewels, we want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return:

• Earrings that have been worn

• Final sale items

• Gift cards
  

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
